Immortal Game is the World’s First Play-and-Earn Chess Platform. Our mission is simple: create the best online chess experience for players, streamers, and professionals, while striving to transform the chess industry for the better. We are building the community-driven chess platform for the next generation, adding a new layer of strategy and monetization through NFTs to this over 1000-year-old game.

We are a 25 people team with diverse backgrounds. We are based in Paris, Prague, and Atlanta (US) and are planning to scale to 50 people in the next six months. Our platform is live, we’re growing fast and are backed by some of the top investor firms in Web3 and Entertainment.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead our Special Projects and be in charge of the Affiliate program within the growth team! ****The ideal candidate is eager to collaborate with different teams, is relationship-oriented, has a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, a team player attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Project Management: you will oversee projects from their initial definition until their final implementation. You will also be responsible for defining and following project KPIs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many different teams (going from Design to Content to Partnerships or Product), ensuring alignment and quick execution.
• Process & Tool Creation: One of your main tasks is creating processes and tools for internal teams to make team collaboration efficient. For example, you might want to automate the creation of community tournaments or affiliates selection based on KPIs.
• Growth with affiliates: you will drive strategy for the Affiliates program, with attention to detail and passion for innovative thinking, to meet both short-term and long-term player acquisition goals and drive impact for the business. You will also have to identify and champion new growth concepts that could drive new player acquisition with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Data analysis: you will autonomously create your own analyses and dashboards to measure your projects’ success.

💼 What we are looking for

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup
• You love to build and optimize rigorous processes. Finding scalable solutions and being a champion of operational excellence are interesting to you.
• You are fluent in French and English since you will be interacting with team members in France, but also with people from across the globe.
